Returns Policy – ​​AseGaming

At AseGaming, we strive to deliver high-quality controllers and accessories. If you're not satisfied, you can use our returns policy as outlined below.

1. Return period (statutory right of withdrawal)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.

2. Conditions for returns

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

  • All included accessories, parts and documentation must be included.

  • If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it (such as in a physical store), we may charge a depreciation fee.

  • If a product is returned damaged, incomplete or clearly used, we reserve the right to only issue a partial refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the full return costs.

4. Register return

  1. Please report your return within 14 days of receipt via contact@asegaming.nl .

  2. Please include your order number in your email.

  3. You will receive clear return instructions from us.

  4. Please return the product to the return address provided by us.

The risk of shipping remains with the customer until we receive the product.

5. Refund

  • After receiving and checking the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return using the same payment method you used.

  • Any shipping costs for the outward journey will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

6. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

Did you receive a defective product or an incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and preferably within 48 hours of receipt, via contact@asegaming.nl .

In this case:

  • We will reimburse the return costs;

  • Are you entitled to a replacement product or full refund?
